For Petitioners : Mr.K.Manikandan For Respondents : Mr.Venkataswamy COMMON O R D E R The petitioners have come up with these Civil Revision Petitions to fix an outer time limit for disposal of the First Appeals, in A.S.No.58 of 2016 and A.S.No.184 of 2016, pending on the file of VI Additional City Civil Court, Chennai.

The learned counsel appearing for the parties jointly submitted

that the matter is now posted on 07.12.2016 for disposal of the Miscellaneous Applications.

The learned VI Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, is directed to dispose of all the pending Miscellaneous Applications on or before 13 December, 2016. Thereafter, every effort shall be taken by the learned First Appellate Judge to dispose of the First Appeals in A.S.No.58 of 2016 and A.S.No.184 of 2016, as expeditiously as possible, and in any case, on or before 31 March, 2017. , 4.

The Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
