Heard Mr.M.Karunakaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.T.L.Thirumalaisamy, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner made a submission that the relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner dated 23.06.2015.
However, the respondent considered the representation submitted by the writ petitioner and passed final orders in proceedings dated 22.12.2015. Thus, no further adjudication on merits needs to be under taken in this writ petition.

3.Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there is no order as to costs.
