This is a petition to substitute the legal heir of the second respondent, since the second respondent is no more.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. Since this petition is only to substitute the legal heir of the second respondent, considering the same, it is ordered.

The Registry is directed to carryout the amendment and post the writ petition after two weeks.
