This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus, to direct the third respondent to recover the amount due along with the interest from the first respondent to the petitioner based upon the revenue recovery certificate in R.R.No.10/2010, on the file of the Deputy Commissioner of Labour, Coimbatore - 18.

2. Heard Mr.S.Saravanan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.P.R.Dhilipkumar, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent, Mr.V.Shanmuga Sundar, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the third respondent and none appeared for the second respondent.

3.According to the petitioner, her husband died on 20.6.2007 during the course of employment and in the claim petition, W.C.No.87 of 2011, the Deputy Commissioner of Labour passed an award for Rs.3,68,340/-. However, the respondent failed to pay the compensation despite her representations. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as per the direction of this Court dated 07.03.2018, the first respondent has already deposited the entire award amount of Rs.3,68,340/-, to the credit of claim petition.

5. In the light of the above submissions, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. The Deputy Commissioner of Labour, Coimbatore, shall disburse the amount credited in the account of W.C.No.87 of 2011, to the petitioner forthwith, if there is no impediment.

6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. However there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
