ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to conduct survey and fix the F-Line/four boundaries for the petitioner property bearing Plot No. 91 to the extent of 2800 Square feet situated at VGP Golden Beach Uthandi Part-I, layout comprised in Survey No. 2/2B1 part of Sholingallur Taluk, Chennai District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 15.05.2023 and remainder dated 15.09.2023.

2. The petitioner submitted a representation on 15.05.2023 with a request for surveying the property, however, the same is pending without consideration till date. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.05.2023, after payment of requisite fees and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is aged about 81 years and therefore, the representative of the petitioner may be permitted to be present during the survey. Such view of the matter, the petitioner's representative may be permitted to be present during the survey.
