Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records in Roc.No.511/2003(A), dated 20.10.2005 issued by the second respondent by quashing the same as the purpose of acquisition of the land and building is deteriorated from implementing the same for a long time without paying the compensation and drop the proceedings initiated to acquire the land in S.No.426/1B1 and consequently, direct the sixth respondent to change the revenue records from the name of National Highways Authority of India to the name of the petitioner for the lands bearing Patta No.646 and S.No.426/1B1, measuring about 1650 square meters, situated at near Thoppur Canteen, Upparappatti Kattuvalavu, Vellar Village, Thoppur Post, For Petitioner : Mr.S.Gunasekaran for Mr.G.K.Sekar For Respondents : Mr.B.Vijay Additional Government Pleader [R1 to R8] Ms.R.Sumathy [R9 & R10]
