This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No. 12250 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.19456 of 2021 on 03.12.2021 to appear before the respondent police on 1st working day of every month, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.
