This petition has been to modify the condition No.iv, viz., the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until the disposal of the appeal and if he is not able to appear before the trial Court on any day, he shall make arrangement to file an application under Section 317 of Cr.P.C and shall appear before the trial Court on any other day in lieu of the date of his absence, as directed by the trial Court" imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.6128 of 2020 in Crl.A.No.400 of 2020, dated 08.10.2020. 2.The learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI, would report before this Court that the conditional order passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.6128 of 2020, has been complied with. 3.In view of the submissions made by the learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI, the condition imposed by this Court as stated supra, is modified as follows:

Dua The petitioner viz., Parvathy Ramakrishnan, is directed to appear before the Trial Court, on the first working day of once in three months commencing from the month of October, 2022, until disposal of the appeal.
