Sathish ..Respondents Prayer: This Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating he proceedings in Na.Ka.No.2373/2024/C, dated 07.06.2024, on the file of the third respondent herein, and to quash the same and to direct the respondents from in any manner interfering with the conducting of the Aani Moola ther Thiruvizha, being conducted by the petitioner and the Vizhiyakula Kongu Nattu Velalars of Mallasamundran Nadu from 29th day of Tamil month of Vaigasi of this year viz., 11.06.2024 to 23.06.2024 or any other subsequent date as may be fixed by this Court.
