This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.O.P.No.2652 of 2023 dated 16.03.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that investigation in this completed and the final report would filed before the concerned Magistrate in due course.

3. Considering the submission made n, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court once in two months ie., 1st of every alternative months commencing from August 2023 till the final report is filed and once the case is taken on file, he is directed to appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
