Earlier on 04.07.2024, this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner imposing certain conditions and posted today for reporting compliance.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has received the order copy belatedly and also he is unable to mobilize the entire fund. He further submitted that he has taken demand draft for Rs.50 lakhs in the name of Chief Judicial Magistrate Egmore. Hence, he prayed to extend the time to comply with the conditions imposed in the said order dated 04.07.2024
3. Considering the abovesaid submission, the petitioner is directed to deposit the demand draft for Rs.50 lakhs and surrender the two sureties before the trial court on or before 10.08.2024. If any deviation in compliance of the order, suitable order will be passed.
