ORDER

Seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 12.03.2015 and to investigate the same in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents that a case has been registered in Crime No.121/2013 for offence under Sections 324, 506 (i) I.P.C., on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 12.03.2015. The said statement is recorded.
