Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 27.01.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.This petition has come up today for admission. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and I have also perused the records carefully.

3.It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent that a local temple and this petitioner are claiming rights over certain properties and during the course of enquiry by the police, all the parties have agreed to have the land surveyed by the revenue authorities and act in terms of the survey report.
