(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned Special Government Pleader states that the impugned order dated 10.01.2013 already stands withdrawn in view of what has been stated by the second respondent / Collector in the counter-affidavit filed in Suo Motu Contempt Petition No.310 of 2013 in the present writ petition.

2.The aforesaid being the position, the prayer for quashing the said order being the sole prayer in the petition does not survive for consideration.

3.Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2013 is closed.
