ORDER

The petitioner was sponsored by the Employment Exchange Board in the competitive exams conducted by the respondents for teachers. The petitioner cleaned the 1st stage of selection and was called for certificate verification on 10.02.2011. However, the petitioner was not selected.

2.It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner had sent reported representations to the respondents which did not evoke any response. Under these circumstances, the present writ petition has been filed to consider and pass appropriate orders https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

on the petitioner's representation dated 10.06.2021. It is noticed that the petitioner has sent the above representation after that the petitioner was called for a certificate verification and for an interview.

3.Considering the fact that the petitioner was otherwise qualified and was sponsored by the Employment Exchange Board, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 10.06.2021 of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law and on merits within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.This Writ Petition stands disposed of.
