Crl.M.P.No.8099 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.3181 of 2023 Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN. J, This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed to report before the respondent police station on every Saturday 6.30 p.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.4420 of in Crl.O.P.No.3181 of 2023 dated 29.03.2023.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent reports that the petitioner has been complied the condition imposed by this Court .

3. Recording the same, the petition for relaxation is allowed. However, the petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer as and when required for interrogation.
