No.297/D.119/2020 dated 31.03.2021 and quash the same as illegal, incompetent and without jurisdiction and further direct the 1st respondent to allow the petitioner to pay the sum of Rs. 40,61,271/- in installments and for consequential orders.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the conditions imposed by this Court by order dated 26.08.2021 has been complied with.

3.Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
