The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents by producing the proceedings in

M.V.MURALIDARAN,J kal Na.Ka.No.1841/A2/ 2014 dated 11.12.2014, had submitted that the petitioners have already been granted the benefits as per G.O.Ms.No.234 dated 10.09.2009 as that of the similarly placed persons who have filed W.A.Nos.815, 1531, 1691 to 1693, 465 of 2010 dated 07.07.2011.
