ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus, directing the Commissioner of Labour DMS Complex, Teynampet, Chennai, to 2/4
consider the representation dated 26.05.2024 by recognizing the present office bearers of the first respondent federation within a stipulated time.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner requested to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to approach the Civil Court and raise all the issues which are raised in this Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle. The same is recorded and permitted.
3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Civil Court and raise all the issues in this Writ Petition. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
