ORDER

By consent of learned counsel on both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The present writ petition has been filed praying for a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide 24 hours uninterrupted electricity supply to the petitioner company for the complete utilization of our advanced machinery for the production of bio gas and bio fertilizer by establishing a 4th line which is to be provided from the sub section for getting uninterrupted three phase supply free of cost or at subsidized rates by consideration of representation submitted by the petitioner company dated 10.01.2025.

At the outset, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that for establishing a fourth line, petitioner may have to pay the appropriate charges and comply with requisite guidelines and parameters. In any event, she would submit that petitioner's request would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed after issuing notice to

petitioner and any other interested parties, within a time period to be stipulated by this Court. Agreed to by the learned counsel for petitioner.

In view of the same, taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's request on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after issuing notice and after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to petitioner, and any other interested persons within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of uploading of web copy without waiting for receipt of certified copy of the order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views with regard to the merits of the case and it is open to the concerned respondent to consider the case on its own merits and in accordance with law.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
