This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner except due process of law.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as a subsequent development, proceedings under Section 145 Cr.P.C. were initiated and the same has been challenged before this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20476 of 2020 and the same is pending. 3.In view of the above development, nothing survives in this petition and accordingly this criminal original petition is closed.
