This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.10761 of 2023 dated 10.05.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is meticulously complied the condition imposed by this Court and till date final report not yet filed.

3. Taking note of the fact, the petition for relaxation is allowed and the condition imposed while granting the bail is relaxed in toto. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required for interrogation.
