Crl.M.P.No.7931 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.7851 of 2023 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7851 of 2023 dated 13.04.2023 that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7851 of 2023 dated 13.04.2023 is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, on the 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. 19.06.2023 mfa https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
