ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the grievances of the petitioner had already been redressed and the encroachment is removed.
2.The Commissioner of Land Administration passed an order confirming the orders passed by the original authorities for removal of the encroachment. Thus no further consideration is required in the present writ petition and the petitioner is entitled to pursue his remedy. 3.Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
