ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.05.2024, seeking permission to access 16 feet width and 21 feet length road comprised in Survey No.157 (Poramboke land) and also comprised in Survey No.158, Kazhipathur Village, Thiruporpur Taluk, now Chengalpet District, within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.Till date the counter has not been filed by the respondents

3.No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation dated 15.05.2024 referred to supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, within the time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation. Dated 15.05.2024.

5.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 15.05.2024, seeking permission to access the 16 feet width and 21 feet length road comprised in Survey No.157 ( Poramboke land) and also comprised in Survey No.158, Kazhipathur Village, Thiruporur Taluk, now Chengalpet District, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
