ORDER

Seeking a direction to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 17.11.2014 and a similar direction to the 2nd respondent being the superior Police Officer to ensure proper action in the matter in exercise of his jurisdiction under Section 36 of the Cr.P.C., the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.This petition has come up today for admission. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and I have also perused the records carefully.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that enquiry was conducted and closed, pursuant to the report issued by the Tahsildar on 20.01.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Recoding the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, giving liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in accordance with law.
