This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4804 of 2023 dated 06.03.2023 that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m.

for a period of four weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders".

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4804 of 2023 dated 06.03.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders".

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
