2. According to the applicant, on account of subsequent developments, these become a necessity for the applicant to file these applications seeking permission of this Court to raise additional grounds.
3. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that these applications can be allowed without prejudice to the rights of the respondent to raise all objections when the main Original Petitions are taken up for final disposal.
4. Accordingly, these applications are allowed as prayed for without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the respondent to raise
all objections with regard to the additional grounds raised by the applicant in these applications when the main Original Petitions are taken up for final disposal.
5. The learned counsel for the applicant is directed to carry out amendments in the main Original Petitions in terms of this common order before the next hearing date.
6. The undertaking given by the learned counsel for the respondent on instructions that the respondent shall not precipitate the matter by seeking further orders in the execution petition filed by the respondent to execute the impugned arbitral award till the next hearing date is recorded.
