JUDGMENT

This Appeal has been filed to set aside the Judgment and Decree passed in O.S.No.73 of 2010 dated 28.02.2011 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Sathiyamangalam.

2. The learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission of this court to withdraw this appeal with liberty to file a fresh appeal before the appropriate Court.
