O R D E R

The prayer sought for in the present petition is to direct the first respondent to change the investigation agency from 2nd respondent to 3rd respondent viz., the Inspector of Police, C.I.D. Puducherry and further direct the 3rd respondent to investigate the matter and file a final report before the competent Court of law, within a stipulated time.

2. Today, when the matter is called, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the petitioner's complaint came to be disposed of vide GD Vol.No.57, Pg.No.38, Sl.No.16, on the file of the Mudaliarpet PS, Puducherry, dated 09.01.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present Criminal Original Petition stands closed without prejudice, work out his remedies in a manner known to law.
