ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent Police to complete the enquiry in connection with the summons dated 08.06.2019, issued by the second respondent.

2. It is seen from the records that the petitioner has forwarded the complaint to the Human Rights Commission by alleging violation of human rights. The Human Rights Commission has forwarded the complaint to the second respondent for enquiry and to submit a report. Pursuant to the same, the second respondent has issued a summon to the petitioner who is the defacto complainant. However, till today, the enquiry has not been completed and the report has not been sent to the Human https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Rights Commission. Therefore, the present petition has been filed.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the respondents.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to complete the enquiry and submit the report before the Human Rights Commission, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
