3. Hence, there shall be a direction to the respondent herein to proceed with the complaints dated 24.10.2017, 27.10.2017, 30.10.2017, 01.11.2017, 03.11.2017, 06.11.2017, 09.11.2017 and 20.11.2017 respectively as submitted under 163(1)
