This petition has been filed to implead Mr.Ashish Balaya, residing at No.9/301, Mantri Residency, Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore - 560 076 as proposed respondent in the above pending C.M.A.No.579 of 2020 as necessary party.

2.Mr.S.Arunkumar, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent/Insurance Company has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed.

Accordingly, the civil miscellaneous petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments in the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
