ORDER
This Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to defreeze the bank account of the petitioner, bearing Account No.30814686808.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record. Perused the materials available on record. 3.
The petitioner is holding a bank account, bearing Account No.30814686808, with the first respondent bank. On the request made by the third respondent, the second respondent froze the petitioner's bank account.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submitted that, pursuant to the request made by the third respondent, a lien has been marked over the petitioner's account only to the tune of Rs.36,000/-. Accordingly, the first and second respondents may be directed to maintain a hold over the sum of Rs.36,000/- in the petitioner's bank account, defreeze the account and permit the petitioner to operate the same for the remaining balance. 5.
In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to maintain a lien only to the extent of the disputed amount of Rs.36,000/- and permit the petitioner to operate his bank account for the remaining amount. 6.
With the above direction, this Writ Petition (Criminal) stands disposed of. No costs.
