This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents not to harass the petitioner or his family members in the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the nature of the dispute involved in this case is a money dispute, it is for the parties https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to adjudicate the same before the appropriate Civil Court and the respondents police will have no role to play in a case of this nature.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents police not to interfere with the money dispute and it is open for the parties to agitate their rights before the competent civil court.
