ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.950 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.32758 of 2020 dated 27.01.2020 to report before the respondent police once in a week until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission made by learned counsel appearing on either side, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.950 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.32758 of 2020 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dated 27.01.2020 to report before the respondent police e once in a week until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10:30. a.m until further orders. The other conditions imposed shall remain unaltered. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
