When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the complaint given by the defacto complainant was assigned CSR.No.39 of 2024 and petition enquiry is pending.

In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court directs the respondent to complete the enquiry, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, till then the respondent police is directed not to arrest the petitioner.

Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is Disposed of.
