In the connected writ petition W.P.No.13524 of 2009 pertaining to the very same subject matter, the contempt petition has been closed by an order dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Cont.P.No.2144 of 2014 23.11.2017. The present contempt petition is exactly similar. As per our direction, the learned counsel for the respondents have produced the list of rotation issued in compliance with the implementation of 12 (3) settlement as ordered in the main writ petition.

2. Considering the implementation of the terms of 12(3) settlement, we are of the view that the directions issued are complied with and nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.

3. If the petitioner is still aggrieved, he can make a representation to the respondents and the same shall be disposed of within a period of four weeks from the date of its receipt.
