This application is taken out to bring on record the proposed petitioners as appellants 3 & 4 in the Second Appeal in the capacity of legal heirs of the deceased 2nd appellant.

2. Mr.J.Srinivasan Mohan, Learned Counsel for the 1st respondent and Mr.T.S.Baskaran, Learned Counsel for the respondents 2 to 5 have no objection.

3. I have gone through the affidavit in support of the application which is filed in time and the proposed appellants are proper and necessary parties in the second appeal. Therefore, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
