This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed to extend the time to complete the investigation and to get the prosecution sanction order from the Government for the sanctioning authority and to file the final report in V & AC Crime No.3 of 2017, Tiruppur, before the concerned trial Court as by this Court vide order dated 25.02.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.3071 of 2020. 2.
