Both the parties are present. Mr.D.Venkatachalam, learned counsel for appellant and Mr.A.

Manohar Reddy, learned counsel for the respondent are present. After mutual discussion, negotiation, mediation and conciliation between both parties, they arrived at a compromise to settle the matter as follows: TERMS OF SETTLEMENT The Tribunal has awarded a sum of Rs.1,49,500/- along with interest at the rate of 7.5% per annum. Aggrieved by the said award amount, the appellant/Transport Corporation preferred this Appeal.

2.The respective parties have agreed to settle the award amount of Rs.1,39,500/- (Rupees One Lakh thirty nine Thousand five hundred only) along with interest at the rate of 7.5% from the date of filing of the claim petition. The Transport Corporation is directed to deposit the agreed award amount of Rs.1,39,500/- along with interest at the rate of 7.5%, within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of http://www.judis.nic.in this order.

3. On such deposit, the claimant shall withdraw the entire amount by filing appropriate application and the payment is to be made through RTGS. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed, if any.
