ORDER

This petition is filed to strike off the plaint in O.S. No.40 of 2025 pending on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Sholinganallur.

2. Heard Mr.K.Jagannathan, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. It is brought to my notice that the petitioner has also taken out an Application in I.A. No.9 of 2025 in O.S. No.40 of 2025 to reject the plaint under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. In view of the said attempt having been made by the petitioner to reject the plaint and the same is also pending before the Trial Court, I do not deem it proper to take up the revision to strike off the plaint. Accordingly, this 2/4

Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. Liberty is granted to the revision petitioner to work out his remedy before the Trial Court viz., the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Sholinganallur in the I.A. No.9 of 2025 in O.S. No.40 of 2025 filed under Order VII Rule 11 CPC. No costs.
