2. There shall be a direction to the learned Special Court for EC & NDPS Act, Salem, to dispose of the proceedings in Crl.M.P.No.306 of 2025 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the proceedings.

3. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
