Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SIVAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.SIVAVARTHANAN, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking for relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court, while suspending the sentence of imprisonment by directing the petitioner to appear before the Court below at 10.30 a.m. on the first working day of every week, pending revision" imposed in Crl.M.P.No.5695 of 2021 in Crl.R.C.No.277 of 2021 by order dated 06.05.2021.

2. Heard both sides.

3. It is seen that the criminal revision has been filed against the concurrent Judgments of both the Courts below and the petitioner was granted relief of suspension of sentence and was directed to appear only once in a week. 4. Accordingly, this Criminial Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
