) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

2. Considering the nature of the relief to be granted, we dispense with the notice to the respondents.

3. The petitioners herein have filed a Miscellaneous Application SR No.56 of 2025 in D.R.C. 1 of 2025 in T.R.C.14 of 2025 dated 23.12.2025 before the second respondent. The petitioners' grievance is that even though the matter has been argued, the second respondent is yet to even number or pass any order.

4. We direct the second respondent to dispose of the writ petitioners' application as per law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. We make it clear that we have not gone into the issue of 2/4

maintainability of the application filed by the petitioners.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
