O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the learned Additional District Judge No.1, Tindivanam to dispose of the IA.No.12 of 2012 in OS.No.13 of 2004 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. Notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3. The impleaded defendants are the petitioners herein. The original suit was filed in OS.No.189 of 1998 and it was renumbered as OS.No.13 of 2004 for partition. The preliminary decree in the suit was passed on 27.04.2006 and the final decree was passed on 04.01.2010. Subsequently, the daughters of the Kartha have filed IA.No.13 of 2012 and IA.No.12 of 2012 to implead themselves in the suit and also for the modification of the preliminary decree. The impleading petition in IA.No.13 of 2012 was allowed. Subsequently, they have also filed a petition for amendment of the cause title. The amendment petition was 2/4

allowed on 28.12.2018. Now it is turn for the plaintiffs to file a copy of the amended plaint and for the said purpose, the matter is adjourned from time to time. Without prejudice to the contentions and rights of the parties, this Court directs the learned Additional District Judge No.1, Tindivanam to dispose of the interlocutory application and the suit within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With these observations, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
