W.M.P.No.16777 of 2024 in W.P.No.15425 of 2024 M.SUNDAR.J., and K.GOVINDARAJAN THILAKAVADI, J., (Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR.J.,) Captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' ['WMP'] has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of 'impugned proceedings dated 06.06.2024 bearing reference e/f/vz;:484/2020' [hereinafter 'impugned proceedings' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity]

2. Learned counsel for writ petitioner adverting to the support affidavit submitted that impugned order passed by the respondent is not readily available at the time of filing of this writ petition but a photo copy of the said impugned order passed by the respondent is filed along with the typed set of papers and that has necessitated the captioned WMP. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to Paragraph 8 of the support affidavit, which reads as follows:

'8. It is respectfully submitted that the original impugned order passed by the respondent is not readily available https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

M.SUNDAR.J., and K.GOVINDARAJAN THILAKAVADI, J., gpa at the time of filing of the writ petition at Madras, but the Xerox copy of the said impugned order passed by the respondent is filed along with the typed set of papers and hence, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to dispense with the production of the original impugned order issued by the respondent in the his proceedings Na.Ka.No.484/2020, dated 06.06.2024 for the present'
