Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the 6(b) condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.no.11816/2021 order dated 09/07/2021 directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.N.ARUN KUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Court by its order dated 07.09.2021 imposed a cost of Rs.10,000/- to be paid by the petitioner to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority and posted the matter today for compliance.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted the petitioner has paid the cost of Rs.10,000/- as directed by this Court to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the above no further order is required in this petition.
