This matter is placed before this Court today on the basis of the letter dated 20.01.2026 received from the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Udhagamandalam, The Nilgiris, seeking extension of time for disposal of the case in CC.No.101 of 2025, by a period of three months.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the letter, this Court is of the view that it is appropriate to accept the request made by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Udhagamandalam, The Nilgiris.
