C.M.P.Nos.10831, 10830 & 10829 of 2022 C.M.P.Nos.10831, 10830 & 10829 of 2022 in S.A.No.382 of 2005 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., C.M.P.No.10831 of 2022 has been filed to declare the 3rd petitioner Ramyadevi as 10th respondent and also as major in the above Second Appeal.

2. C.M.P.No.10830 of 2002 has been filed to discharge the 1st petitioner herein from the guardianship of the petitioners 2 and 3/respondents 8 and 10 in the above Second Appeal.

3. C.M.P.No.10829 of 2022 has been filed to declare the 2nd petitioner Hemanthraj as 8th respondent and also as major in the above Second Appeal.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel for the respondents 1, 7 & 8.

5. The learned counsel for the respondents 1, 7 & 8 reported that they have no objection for allowing these petitions.
